Synopsis

By Theo Kogod Jun 30, 2020 Dragon Ball Z and Sailor Moon are two of the most popular anime of all time. As both are martial arts series with powerful comedic protagonists who protect the world from supernatural enemies, many fans conflate the two series. It also does not hurt that both anime came out at roughly the same time. Dragon Ball Z wins with the machismo, but in a battle to the death, I would say the sailor senshi win, though many of its' members might die and need to be resurrected by the ginzuishou. I love sailor moon and dragon ball z!!! Those are my two favorite japanese anime cartoons!!! Who are your favorites on each show? On Sailor Moon, I like Sailor Moon (Serena), of course and Tuxedo Mask (Darien). I loved when Reney and Sailor Moon finally started getting long!!! On DBZ I like Vegeta!!! I loved when Vegeta and Bulma finally got together, and when Vegeta figured out Trunks was his. Dragon Ball Z and Sailor Moon were two of the biggest anime in the 1990s. I loved both of these shows. They were part of my introduction to anime when I was a kid. Well, what if they had some kind of crossover? I imagine not many have actually thought about this, but one artist has. Reviewed in the United States on January 3, 2011 Sailor and the 7 Ballz Part 2: Return of the Ballz was human in that 'all too human' sense of Nietzsche. It wrings our withers when it unrolls his scroll of life. It had virtually to create God - and what a Herculean task that was!

There is an invitation from what I assume is a wedding between Usagi and Tuxedo Kamen from Sailor Moon. It turns out to be just a big free-for-all sex party.

Review

I have often questioned the reasoning for the existence of various titles, from the worst tentacle hentai to the dreariest of wish-fulfillment porn fantasies. As amazing as it sounds, Sailor and the Seven Ballz isn't really related to any of those. Quite simply, Sailor and the Seven Ballz is what is the result of a drunken, barhopping rave followed up by liberal viewing of hentai anime at someone's home as the aftermath.

At some point, someone must have uttered the words 'Psh! I can do better than that.'

I sit here, nearly two years later after watching this one for the first and the last time, and try not to think too much about what mindset it must have taken to simply come up with what this title has to offer. Clearly, the person (or people) in question is a Sailor Moon fan (or maybe not, which would actually explain a few things). Then, there's some Dragon Ball Z characters thrown in for good measure. Add in a slew of other characters from other shows and games, though the latter seems to be limited to raw porn fodder.

I can only imagine how the pre-production meetings must have been like.

'Ok, so we're gonna make this one about the Sailor Girls and the Dragon Ball Z guys. So, what's it gonna be about?'

'Well, let's just have them meet up and... you know, have sex.'

Ball

'Ok. So, how are we gonna set the characters up? What motivations do they have and what directions of fate will bring them together?'

'Well, uh.....'

'........'

'Screw that. I just wanna see them get down and dirty.'

As an aside, the creators of Sailor and the Seven Ballz manage to scrounge up something about a wedding, though you don't really see anything of or about that in the duration of the entire OAV. The sole reason this title was created was so someone could bring their fantasies to life -- seeing other anime and game characters having sex with each other. Still, the sheer ridiculousness of the show pretty much provide the entertainment it has, whether it's because Tuxedo Mask (or whatever you call him) sits in his room, masturbating to his never-ending supply of surveillance screens featuring SOMEONE either naked or doing the nasty. His expression is PRICELESS, as is his... er, ejaculation. (Let's just say he probably spends as much time wiping off his entire wall's worth of monitor screens as masturbating to them.)

Another amusing scene would be where our DBZ heroes make their way to the party orgy. Seeing Vegeta in nothing but black pants and a bowtie is freaky enough, but seeing Goku and Piccolo walking slightly behind, stifling giggles while reassuring Vegeta that he looks quite good, is just great.

Sailor Moon And The 7 Ball Z Kakarot

Sadly, that's all the amusement this title has to offer. The rest simply degenerates into a huge mess of an orgy, featuring well known or lesser known characters humping it up left and right. And no one is safe. If I remember correctly, I think I saw Belldandy being thoroughly violated by Terry Bogard. And that's certainly not the end of it.

It IS the end of the review, though. I seem to remember something vague about the Dragon Ball (the actual BALL, that is) bouncing around and turning some of the Sailor girls into she-males, but I'd rather not reminisce or elaborate any more on that. It IS worth watching at least once for its sheer ridicul-o-power, but only if you can find it rather easily. It's not worth getting particularly worked up over, that's for sure.

Utterly hilarious in its own crapitude. Must be viewed once, and only once, by anyone who liked stuff like... say, South Park. — Stig Høgset

Recommended Audience: There's sex, which is just about it. In fact, this title is nothing but sex. But, like me, you'd want to see this for the bad quality and the parodies, right?
